Dr Arthur Turner (people.uwe.ac.uk/Person/ArthurTurner) is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Studies at UWE Bristol concentrating on Coaching and Mentoring within this cluster area.
Professor Steve Kempster (www.lancaster.ac.uk/lums/people/steve-kempster) is a Professor of Leadership Learning and Development at the Lancaster University Management School. His areas of interest are in leadership learning and the development of the practice of managers leading.

In this episode we talk openly and honestly about the difficulties for women and other underrepresented groups in economics and how important it is for those who identify as women to be represented. Our two guests, Imy and Daniela, share their experiences and insights of what it is like to be a woman in economics and highlight the need for representation and diversity in this field.
Daniela Gabor (people.uwe.ac.uk/Person/DanielaGabor) is a Professor of Economics and Macro-Finance at UWE Bristol. Her research develops under the umbrella of critical macro-finance.
