In this Spotlight episode, we spoke to Marion Gillet and Tom de Pentheny-O'Kelly on the Team Entrepreneurship Programme at UWE Bristol which is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year. We talk about what Team Entrepreneurship is, how they came to join the programme, what they find rewarding about teaching on the programme, and hopes for the programme going forward.
